Stellar Therapy Services in Cookeville, TN, is seeking a part-time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders within our educational team.

The role collaborates with teachers and families, develops IEP-aligned treatment plans, and supports students to reach academic and social goals, with flexible scheduling and therapist-owned leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active SLP license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain before start date).
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates welcome!
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, not required.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct therapy services, consultation, and classroom support as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations.
• Document student progress and maintain compliance with all federal, state, and district regulations.
