Job summary

Bilingual Therapies is seeking a dedicated onsite School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time contract near Kokomo, IN. This role offers a flexible 3-day-per-week schedule, totaling 21.75 hours weekly, and a collaborative environment with an SLPA to support a caseload of about 55 students.

The ideal candidate holds Indiana SLP licensure with ASHA CCC, school-based experience, and strong skills in IEP processes, assessments, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Valid SLP license in Indiana with ASHA CCC.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of IEP processes, progress monitoring, and speech-language assessment tools.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to inclusive environments for diverse student populations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted speech-language therapy to assigned students.
• Collaborate with an SLPA to manage caseload and service delivery.
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
• Document progress notes and maintain confidentiality per procedures.
• Engage families and educators to maximize student outcomes.
