Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant for a contract role in a dynamic school setting near Boise, ID. The position is onsite, part-time, 6-12 hours per week from August through the end of the school year, supporting students under a licensed SLP.

You will collaborate with teachers, prepare materials, document progress, and help implement IEP goals. Qualifications include an associate degree in SLP Assistant and licensure eligibility; previous school experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in SLP Assistant required.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility required.
• Experience in a school setting preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills required.
• Proactive, organized and enthusiastic about supporting student growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy services to students in K–12 as directed by a supervising SLP.
• Assist in the implementation of IEP goals related to communication needs.
• Prepare materials, maintain documentation, and track student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support students’ educational performance.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
