Job summary

ProCare Therapy in Emporia, Kansas is seeking three Speech-Language Pathologists to join our school-based team. This role offers a hybrid schedule with flexible full-time or part-time options and pay of approximately $40/hour.

You will evaluate and support students' communication needs, develop treatment plans, provide individual or group therapy, and collaborate with teachers, families, and staff. Kansas SLP licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Active Kansas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required.
• Experience working with children or in a school setting preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language services to students in a school-based setting.
• Evaluate students' communication needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide individual and/or group therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress records.
• Support students in achieving their communication and educational goals.
