Buckled In in Phoenix is looking for responsible, purpose‑driven drivers to transport K‑12 students to and from school, ensuring safety and reliability on every route.

This part‑time role offers paid training and above‑average earnings per route, with regular morning and afternoon shifts. You’ll work with a friendly office staff and collaborate with parents, caregivers, and school staff to support students’ access to education.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• At least 1 year of meaningful caregiving experience.
• Own an insured four‑door vehicle and a smartphone.
• Must pass onboarding including fingerprinting, drug screening, and a physical exam.
• Read, write and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Drive K-12 students safely and reliably to and from school.
• Create a positive, kind, and welcoming environment for children.
• Communicate consistently with parents, caregivers, and school staff.
• Be available Monday–Friday 6:00–9:00am and 1:30–4:30pm on weekdays.
