Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, a school-based therapy provider, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in Roseville and Lincoln, CA. This part-time role focuses on helping students improve mobility and participation in their educational environment through individualized therapy services and collaborative support.

The ideal candidate will hold a CA PT license, have experience with children in school settings, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with California license.
• Experience working with children/adolescents in school settings preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct physical therapy services in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and strategies to support student success.
• Monitor student progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
