Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a part-time School Psychologist for a K–12 setting in Brighton, CO. You will conduct psychoeducational evaluations, support IEP development, and collaborate with school teams to promote student success.

The role starts August 2026, 0.4 FTE, in-person with a competitive hourly rate up to $68 and benefits. New clinicians welcome to apply and join a supportive, equity-focused team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in School Psychology (or equivalent).
• Colorado CDE Certification required by start date.
• Strong assessment, writing, and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred, not required.
• NASP membership a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments.
• Write comprehensive evaluation reports and IEP documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Provide progress monitoring and maintain compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff.
• Support student behavioral, social-emotional, and academic needs.
• Assist in developing appropriate interventions and supports.
• Ensure timelines and compliance with state and federal regulations.
