Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess motor development, mobility, balance, and spatial movement for ~22 students to determine service needs.
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized PT goals as part of students' IEPs.
• Provide direct and consultative PT services to enhance access and participation across school settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, parents, and related service providers to recommend environmental modifications and assistive equipment.
• Maintain compliant documentation, progress notes, and service logs per district guidelines.
