Job summary

ConnectedHealth in Minooka, IL is seeking a Part-time School Occupational Therapist for a 36-week contract to serve K-4 and 5/6 students. You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with teachers to enhance student functional skills.

You will provide OT services in elementary and intermediate schools, document progress, and communicate with families and staff. A valid OT license and school-based experience are required, with flexibility in scheduling.

Qualifications

• Valid OT license.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a school setting.
• Experience working with K-4 and 5/6 students.
• Ability to work 4-10 hour shifts.
• Strong communication and consultation skills.

Responsibilities
