Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a contract, 0.2 FTE, one day per week near Everett, WA. You will collaborate with educators to support student participation and design targeted interventions.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, delivering therapy per IEPs, documenting progress, and supporting transitions in a school setting. Compensation ranges from $45–$65 per hour, with benefits available.

Qualifications

• Active Washington OT license
• Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
• Knowledge of IEP development and multidisciplinary teams
• Direct, consultative, and collaborative OT services
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Compassionate communicator with students, families, and staff

Responsibilities

• Assess students' functional skills and develop OT intervention plans
• Deliver therapy services individually or in groups according to IEPs
• Document progress and communicate results with team and families
• Participate in team meetings, contribute to IEP planning, and facilitate transitions
• Support fine motor, sensory processing, and self-care skills in school settings
• Provide consultative guidance to teachers and classroom staff for accommodations and modifications
