Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for a school-based contract near Vancouver, WA. You will work 37.5 hours weekly on a W2 basis, with an ASAP start to support students in achieving academic, developmental, and functional milestones.

The assignment may cover 1–2 sites; WA license and ESA certification are required. You will collaborate with teachers and families, document according to state guidelines, and assist with IEP development while receiving ongoing recruiter

Qualifications

• Washington OT license is required.
• ESA certification (Educational Staff Associate) is required.
• Experience or passion for school-based settings.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization are essential.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students with varying needs.
• Assess, plan, and implement interventions that enhance students’ participation in educational activities.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines.
• Support IEP development, attend relevant meetings, and provide consultative support.
• Adapt therapeutic strategies to meet the diverse needs of students across assigned sites.
