Standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of a General Education Development (GED) Testing Program; business or technical training preferred. Three years of secretarial/clerical work. Ability to establish an effective working relationship with staff and the public; demonstrate proficient verbal and written communication skills; exercise independent judgment and make decisions; possess advanced technology skills; work in a fast-paced environment; and handle multiple tasks and diversified duties at any given time.
Perform in a competent and professional manner a wide variety of skilled office duties involving responsibilities, judgment, preparation and organization to relieve the Supervisor from daily office procedures.
