Job summary

SAU 39 is seeking a part-time School Nutrition Worker for Clark Wilkins Elementary School in Amherst, NH. This 4-hour-per-day role supports meal service, sets up serving stations, and collaborates with the Kitchen Manager to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Responsibilities include preparing and replenishing food and beverages, maintaining a clean workstation, and providing friendly service to students and staff.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to transport food safely between Wilkins Elementary and Clark Elementary.
• Ability to adapt and work well under pressure.
• Self-motivated and able to work alone for up to two hours while serving lunch.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver heavy carts in varied temperatures.
• Strong customer-relations and communication skills.
• Desirable high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to follow a standardized recipe.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties communicated by the Kitchen Manager.
• Set up and breakdown serving stations for daily menus.
• Prepares, assembles, and replenishes food and beverages.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Maintain a positive attitude toward students, staff, and management.
• Adhere to personal hygiene and dress code.
