Job summary

The Francis Howell School District in Saint Charles, MO, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive health care for students and staff within our schools. The role supports the educational process by addressing health needs and ensuring a safe and healthy school environment.

You will manage student health care plans, perform health screenings, and coordinate with school leadership to maintain compliance with health regulations while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse with a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with health care projects and documentation.
• Knowledge of health standards and confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate health screenings (vision, hearing, BP).
• Assess and manage student health issues and emergencies.
• Develop and implement Individual Health Plans.
• Maintain confidential health records per legal requirements.
• Respond to health/safety issues and refer as needed.
• Provide health education and medications administration where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Nurse Coordinator and Administrators.
