Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Licensed Practical Nurse license; Registered Nurse is preferred.
• Two years of supervised nursing experience in community health or pediatric nursing.

Responsibilities

• Maintains student health records and immunization status; assists with health screenings.
• Administers medications with parental consent and physician orders; trains staff for medication administration.
• Provides basic first aid and triage for medical issues; communicates with parents and healthcare providers.
• Develops or assists with Individual Health Care Plans for students with medical needs; ensures confidentiality.
