Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance/custodial duties.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work after hours including weekends/holidays as needed.
• Familiarity with cleaning and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Sweep assigned classrooms, corridors and support areas daily.
• Dust furniture, sills, shelves and baseboards daily.
• Scrub and disinfect toilets, sinks and fixtures in restrooms and locker rooms.
• Perform floor stripping, scrubbing, waxing, sealing and buffing as scheduled.
• Move and arrange furniture and supplies as directed by foreman.
