Job summary

Moses Lake School District is seeking a Server Helper at Larson Heights Elementary in Moses Lake, WA. This part-time position runs 2.5 hours daily from Monday to Friday, 11:00 am to 1:30 pm, for 180 days.

Responsibilities include assisting with meal prep and service, supervising student workers, and maintaining food safety and documentation. Must have WA Health Food Handler’s Card and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have basic math skills and ability to perform written calculations.
• Ability to communicate clearly with students, staff and the public.
• Punctual and reliable attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation, service, and clean-up per district policies.
• Order and receive food deliveries as needed from base kitchen.
• Supervise student workers during meal periods.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and temperature control procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment and report issues promptly.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Food Services Director.
