Qualifications

• Some knowledge of food preparation and serving practices.
• Some knowledge of safety and sanitation standards.
• Some knowledge of simple arithmetic.
• Skill in the use of kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Ability to read and understand simple written instructions.

Responsabilités

• Reads recipes and follows directions for quantity.
• Gathers items as directed by recipe and measures ingredients.
• Stores food and equipment in designated locations.
• Prepares and serves foods on serving line.
• May lift up to 50 lbs daily.
