Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food preparation experience and/or experience in a school kitchen, commercial kitchen, or restaurant preferred.
• Food Handler Certification for Colorado – preferred.
• SERVSAFE Manager Certification within 90 days of hire – preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to recipes/procedures and Health Department guidelines.
• Serve children and staff during serving times.
• Clean kitchen and serving areas: wash and store dishes.
• Prepare daily reports and deposits: count all money, balance receipts.
• Demonstrate commitment to a safe and respectful environment.
