Qualifications

• Experience cooking in large quantities preferred.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions.
• Residence in the Alliance City Schools district preferred.
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Determines daily lunches and breakfasts needed according to the menu.
• Verifies lunches packed/received at satellites and reports discrepancies.
• Receives food and supplies for accuracy, temperature and wholesomeness.
• Restocks service areas with food, drinks and supplies as needed.
• Maintains food safety and sanitation at all times.
• Operates cash register during meal periods and handles deposits.
• Generates reports as assigned by the Food Service Supervisor or designee.
