Qualifications

• Current Lifeguarding certification required.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor swimming pool and activities to ensure safety.
• Enforce rules and direct weak swimmers to safe areas.
• Provide rescue and emergency first aid when needed.
• Anticipate aquatic emergencies and follow safety procedures.
• Demonstrate the school district's safety mission and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
