Responsibilities

• Learns to read menu to estimate food requirements.
• Prepares and cooks food in accordance with recipes.
• Operates ovens, broilers, grills, roasters and steam kettles.
• Measures and mixes ingredients using kitchen utensils.
• Maintains sanitation and safety in the kitchen.
• Interacts with customers and coworkers courteously.
