Flik Independent School Dining at Episcopal School of Knoxville is hiring a part-time dishwasher to support daily meal service. Qualifications

• Previous kitchen and cleaning procedures experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes, rinses, and washes dishes by hand or using a dishwasher.
• Washes pots, pans and trays and maintains sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate equipment.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels according to standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and places in designated containers.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Helps load and unload supplies and product.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
