Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or in the machine; ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Washes pots, pans and trays; maintains cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Polishes silver using appropriate methods; maintains sanitation standards.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and safe; sweeps and mops kitchen floors.
• Transports supplies between storage and work areas; assists with unloading deliveries.
