Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service or cafeteria preferred

• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and assembling meals according to daily menus and dietary guidelines
• Ensure food is properly portioned and presented
• Serve students and staff during meal periods
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in food prep and serving areas
• Follow all food safety protocols including proper handling, storage and labeling
• Wash dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment as needed
• Assist in restocking supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operations
