Job summary

West Ottawa Public Schools is seeking a part-time kitchen helper to support daily deliveries and meal service in our school nutrition program. The position runs 21.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, during the school year.

Responsibilities include loading the box truck for daily deliveries, assisting the driver with product and inventory management, fulfilling elementary orders, and helping with putting away vendor orders.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a school kitchen or cafeteria preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
