Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CNA or RMA certification required.
• Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification required.
• One year of healthcare or medical experience required.
• Experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and basic health care for students during the school day.
• Assess student illness or injury using established health protocols.
• Maintain accurate clinic documentation for all student visits.
• Administer medications according to physician orders and district policy.
• Monitor students with chronic health conditions.
• Develop and maintain Individual Health Plans (IHPs) when appropriate.
• Respond appropriately during medical emergencies.
• Notify parents or guardians regarding illness, injury, or emergencies.
• Coordinate emergency medical services when necessary.
