Job summary

Sodexo in Freehold is seeking a part-time Food Supervisor to oversee on-site food operations and staff during weekday morning and evening shifts. You will coordinate routine activities in fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events, and casual dining environments.

The role requires 1+ year of related work experience with supervisory preference. Aiming to maintain safety, train employees, and ensure customer satisfaction with quality and service standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related work experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Able to supervise on-site food operations and staff across multiple service areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in daily oversight of key functions and employees.
• Help ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality and service.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time; other duties may be assigned.
