Job summary

Holy Family Catholic School is seeking a part-time Facilities Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year. The role supports daily custodial operations, grounds cleanliness, and event setup while upholding Catholic education values.

Responsibilities include assisting the Director of Facilities, maintaining safety standards, and helping with meals and waste management as needed. The position requires EIM compliance and a Texas driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must submit an Ethics and Integrity in Ministry (EIM) Application for Ministry within the first week of employment, participate in an EIM Basic abuse prevention training workshop within 60 days of submitting a complete Application for Ministry, and maintain EIM compliance during the entire term of employment.

Responsibilities

• Supports and upholds the philosophy of Catholic education and the mission of the school.
• Assists Director of Facilities on custodial operations for daily cleaning in classrooms, offices, restrooms, hallways, and facilities.
• Maintains cleanliness of grounds, kitchens, and common areas; assists with lunch distribution and waste removal.
• Reports areas of concern to the Director of Facilities and adheres to Bloodborne Pathogen regulations.
• Assists in setup and cleanup for meetings and special events; helps move furniture as directed.
