Responsibilities

• Inspects the work of contractors on school facility maintenance projects for compliance with contract requirements and policies.
• Reviews facility maintenance contracts to understand requirements for contract compliance.
• Determines project status and estimates cost overruns and completion dates.
• Acts as liaison between Facilities Maintenance and contractors and notifies administrators of non-compliance issues.
• Conducts final physical inspections to confirm work is completed per contract.
• Prepares and maintains correspondence, reports and inspection records.
