Job summary

Responsibilities

Provide cleaning services to all assigned areas of the facilities in accordance with district standards and schedules.
Maintain building and supply inventory and reorder supplies as needed.
Set up facilities for all activities.
Perform minor maintenance and report larger maintenance items for repair.
Provide for the movement and coordination of equipment.
Observe and control boilers and other plant equipment and systems.
Provide routine maintenance to facility hardware in accordance with district standards.
Repair furniture and fixtures as necessary.
