Job summary

Buckled In is seeking responsible, purpose-driven drivers to ensure safe and reliable access to education for K-12 students in Kirkwood (MO). This part-time role offers roughly 20 hours per week and paid training, with a W2 employment arrangement and summer route opportunities.

Drivers must be 21+, hold a valid license with a clean driving record, own a four-door vehicle with current insurance and registration, pass onboarding including FBI fingerprinting and a 19-point vehicle inspection, and

Qualifications

• You must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• You must have current car insurance and vehicle registration.
• You have at least 3 years of legal driving experience.
• You own a four-door vehicle in good condition and a smartphone.
• You can pass onboarding including FBI fingerprinting, drug screening, and a 19-point vehicle inspection.
• You must read, write and speak English at a proficient level.

Responsibilities

• Drive K-12 students safely and reliably to and from school.
• Create a positive, kind, and welcoming environment for children.
• Communicate with parents, caregivers, and school staff.
• Be available Monday - Friday, 6:00-9:00 am and 1-4:30 pm on weekdays.
