• Inspire and prepare each scholar with confidence, courage and competence to achieve their dreams; support data-driven counseling aligned with ASCA standards.
• Design and deliver the building counseling plan and coordinate curriculum delivery for college, career, academics, social-emotional needs.
• Counsel scholars individually and in small groups; communicate with guardians; refer to appropriate specialists and community resources.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and guardians to address needs; participate in district and building leadership activities when needed.
