Chartwells K-12 is hiring a part-time Food Service Worker at Holton Public Schools in Holton, MI. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, with pay range $13.50–$14.00 per hour. Prior food service experience is a plus, and online applications are accepted.

Qualifications

• Prior food service experience is a plus.
• Part-time schedule; Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Stores food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.
