• Portes food and prepare cafeteria line for serving.
• Serves students and staff from the cafeteria line.
• Learns prices and government lunch pattern.
• Learns and operates cash register; follow district money-handling procedures.
• Cleans kitchen equipment, trays, utensils, and tables in dining area as directed.
• Learns and operates all kitchen and dish room equipment.
• Follows proper sanitation procedures.
• Performs related duties including special meal functions.
