Flik Independent School Dining is hiring a part-time cashier at Thornton Academy in Saco, ME. The shift runs Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Cashier duties include handling sales transactions accurately.
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs sales transactions in a timely fashion.
• Enters all sales into the cash register to ensure purchases are accurately recorded.
• Makes change and processes payments.
• Issues receipts to customers and handles refunds as per policy.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly manner.
• Maintains sanitation and cleanliness of service areas.
• Keeps pastry case stocked and replenishes beverages as needed.
• Ensures compliance with cash control procedures.
