Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepares, cooks and serves meals, salads and a la-carte items according to recipes; prepares meals for special diets.
• Adheres to procedures for collection, reporting and accounting of meal fees.
• Assists in breakfasts, lunches and other foods; serves meals on time with pleasant service.
• Follows HAACP and safety procedures for food preparation and service.
• Cleans kitchen area and equipment; sanitizes pots, pans and utensils.
• Maintains cleanliness of dining areas and assists with inventory and stocking.
