Francis Howell School District is seeking a part-time Cafeteria Aide for the school cafeteria in Saint Charles, MO. The role runs 10:30 am to 1:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with a starting pay of $16.41 per hour.

You will monitor student behavior, assist students, and help keep the cafeteria clean and safe. Responsibilities include helping students with tasks, evacuations during emergencies, maintaining order, supervising, and promoting positive social interactions among students.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience: Some job-related experience is desired.
• Skills: Adherence to safety practices
• Basic communication and record-keeping
• Operation of standard equipment
• Knowledge: Basic math

Responsibilities

• Assist students with tasks like opening packages and locating food lines.
• Monitor student behavior and provide supervision.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly cafeteria environment.
• Assist in evacuations and ensure student safety during emergencies.
• Promote positive social skills and respectful behavior.
• Respond to inquiries and provide information as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
