First Student is hiring a Part Time School Bus Driver in Milwaukee, WI. You will start mornings with student pickups and transport them safely home in the afternoons. No experience is necessary; we provide expert training to help you become a safe and professional driver.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• No experience required; training provided to become a safe First Student driver.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Assist with boarding and unloading; help students with seatbelts and mobility aids.
• Maintain order on the bus to prevent distractions.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections (brakes, lights, tires, etc.).
• Report mechanical issues and keep the bus clean and sanitary.
• Communicate with parents, school staff, and dispatch about delays or behavior.
