First Student is hiring part-time School Bus Drivers in Muskego, WI. You will start mornings with pickup and return students home in the afternoon, with potential for field trips and events.

No experience is required; training is provided to help you become a safe and professional First Student driver. Benefits include insurance options, a 401(k) with company match, and guaranteed minimum hours.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class B license and have a clean driving record.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Must have at least 3 years of driving experience and a willingness to learn.
• DOT regulations require safety-sensitive conduct including drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding and unloading; assist with seatbelts and mobility aids.
• Maintain order on the bus and drive in adherence to safety rules.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections (brakes, lights, tires, exits).
• Report mechanical issues promptly and keep the bus clean and sanitary.
• Communicate with parents, staff, and dispatch regarding delays or student behavior.
• Demonstrate leadership and customer service skills.
