Job summary

Lamers Bus Lines in Wisconsin is seeking dependable individuals to drive school buses part-time. You’ll transport students on assigned routes, support sports teams and events, and perform pre- and post-trip inspections in a safety-focused environment.

No prior professional driving experience is required; training is provided. Flexible morning, afternoon, and midday routes help fit around family, work, or retirement plans, with opportunities for charter work and a monthly safety bonus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license held for at least 4 years.
• Good driving record.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Friendly, reliable, and punctual.
• Must complete a background check, drug screening, and physical exam.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting students to and from school on assigned routes.
• Driving sports teams, groups, and charters to events.
• Completing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections.
• Creating a safe, positive environment for every student and passenger.
• Becoming a familiar and trusted face in the community you serve.
