First Student Waldport, OR is hiring Part Time School Bus Drivers to start mornings and afternoons, with opportunities for field trips. No experience required; paid CDL training provided.

Sign-on bonuses of $2,500 for new drivers or $3,000 for experienced drivers apply, with hourly wages from $26.21 to $32.94 when qualified. As a driver, you will safely transport students, supervise boarding, perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections, and communicate with parents and school staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• DOT drug testing applies to safety-sensitive positions.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding and unloading; assist with seatbelts and mobility aids.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues promptly.
• Maintain bus cleanliness and communicate delays or concerns to parents and staff.
• Demonstrate leadership and strong customer service on every route.
