First Student is hiring a Part-Time School Bus Driver in Granite City, IL. Start mornings with student pickups, afternoon returns, and optional hours for field trips. No experience needed; training provided.

Applicants must reside in Illinois or hold a valid CDL Class B with School Bus (S) and Passenger (P) endorsements. Training and CDL support available; part-time shifts, 4 hours minimum daily, with benefits and growth opportunities across 540+ locations.

Qualifications

• Illinois resident or valid CDL Class B with School Bus (S) and Passenger (P) endorsements required.
• Due to licensing, Missouri residents cannot be trained/licensed through this location.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding/unloading, assist with seatbelts and mobility aids.
• Maintain orderly, distraction-free environment on the bus.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues.
