First Student, Inc. is hiring part-time School Bus Drivers in the Port Huron area. You’ll start the day with morning pickups and return students home in the afternoon, with additional hours possible for field trips and events.

Training is provided, no experience is required. You can enjoy a $24.00 hourly rate, a $500 sign-on bonus, and benefits including insurance options and a 401(k). This role emphasizes safety and community impact with flexible daytime hours.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• No CDL required; CDL training provided.
• Part-time schedule with split AM/PM routes, weekdays only.
• DOT drug testing applies to safety-sensitive role.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.

Responsabilidades

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding/unboarding and assist with seatbelts.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain bus cleanliness and report issues promptly.
• Communicate with parents and school staff about delays or behavior.
