First Student in West Hartford, CT is hiring part-time School Bus Drivers. You will pick up in the morning, transport students to school, then return home in the afternoon, with field trips possible. Training and guidance are provided to help you become a safe, professional driver.

Expect an hourly rate of $25.00 after training, with a training rate of $16.94. Part-time shifts, weekends optional, and a benefits package are included; DOT safety requirements apply.

Competenze

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Part-time schedule with split AM/PM routes.
• Valid driver's license for at least 3 years.

Mansioni

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding and unloading; assist with seatbelts.
• Maintain order on the bus and conduct pre-trip inspections.
• Report mechanical issues and keep the bus clean.
• Obey traffic laws and company safety standards.
• Communicate with parents and school staff about delays.
