First Student, Inc. is hiring part-time School Bus Drivers in Royersford, PA. You will start mornings with pickup and transport students home in the afternoons, with opportunities for field trips. Training is provided to help you become a safe, professional driver.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid drivers license for 3+ years.
• Part-time schedule with summers off.
• Enjoy working with students.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding/unloading at stops; assist students with seatbelts/mobility aids.
• Maintain order on the bus to prevent distractions.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Report mechanical issues and keep bus clean and sanitary.
• Obey all traffic laws and company safety standards.
• Communicate with parents and school staff about delays or concerns.
• Demonstrate leadership and customer service.
