Job summary

Drew Charter School is seeking a part-time bus driver to transport students to programs, events, trips and activities in accordance with safety regulations. Shifts may occur mornings, evenings, weekends, and school breaks based on availability, with supervision by the Transportation Coordinator.

Responsibilities include safe loading/unloading, pre/post-trip inspections, routine vehicle maintenance, and timely communication. Prior experience in K-12 transport and CDL endorsement are expected.

Responsibilities

• Prompt attendance for scheduled shifts.
• Safe loading/unloading of passengers.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and cleaning.
• Report incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Attend required trainings and safety practices.
• Operate buses and related safety equipment.
• Maintain accurate route information and navigation.
