First Student is hiring a Part-Time School Bus Driver in Dorchester, NE. You will start mornings with student pickups and bring them home in the afternoons, with the possibility of field trips and special events. Training is provided, and you can progress into operational roles across locations.

No CDL required to apply initially; positions offer a flexible schedule and opportunities to earn 20 hours per week or more depending on routes and needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license (no CDL required to apply).
• Willing to train for CDL endorsements if needed.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Assist students with boarding, seating, and mobility aids.
• Maintain order on the bus and monitor safety equipment.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues.
