FIRST STUDENT MANAGEMENT LLC is hiring Part Time School Bus Drivers in Myrtle Creek, OR. You will transport students safely to and from school, handle boarding/unloading, and ensure bus safety.

Training is provided for CDL/CLP, with flexible part-time shifts (AM/PM) and no nights or summers required. We offer pathing into leadership roles across 540 locations, with employer-sponsored insurance options and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English.
• Must have a valid Class B driver's license for at least 3 years.
• No experience required; training provided for First Student operations.

Responsabilités

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding and unloading; assist with seat belts and mobility aids.
• Maintain order on the bus and conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Report mechanical issues promptly and keep the bus clean.
• Communicate with parents, school staff, and dispatch about delays or behavior.
• Demonstrate leadership and strong customer service on every route.
