Job summary

First Student is hiring part-time School Bus Drivers in Scott City, MO. You will start mornings with student pickup and transport them home in the afternoon, with opportunities for field trips and events. Training is provided, and CLP/CDL training is available.

Flexible, part-time shifts with guaranteed hours and potential for advancement across 540 locations in the U.S. and Canada. No experience is required; we provide expert training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Part-time schedule with summers off.
• Comfortable working with students.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Assist students with boarding, seating, and mobility aids.
• Maintain order on the bus and follow safety protocols.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of brakes, lights, tires, and exits.
• Report mechanical issues promptly and keep the bus clean.

Skills

Valid Class B License
